As a (Senior) Learning and Development Specialist, you help shape exactly that. You connect classic organizational and people development with a modern learning and leadership culture, ensuring that strategy turns into concrete structures, clear roles, and effective development.

​​​​​• SHAPING THE ORGANIZATION You actively contribute to shaping our organizational structure. You develop role models, sharpen responsibilities, and support teams in setting themselves up efficiently and future-ready

• ENABLING & COACHING LEADERS You strengthen our leaders in their role through targeted coaching, sparring, and hands-on development formats. You help them lead and develop their teams effectively and guide them through change

• SYSTEMATIZING PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT You design and implement structured people development initiatives, such as development programs, talent formats, or feedback and performance processes, and ensure they are embedded in day-to-day practice

• BUILDING LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT FORMATS You create scalable learning offerings, ranging from classic training formats to modern solutions such as digital learning paths, AI coaches, or edutainment. In doing so, you combine structure with innovation

• SUPPORTING AND DRIVING CHANGE You don’t just accompany change processes—you actively ensure they are implemented and sustainably anchored, for example during growth phases, reorganizations, or the introduction of new ways of working

• CONNECTING STRUCTURE AND CULTURE You ensure that organizational decisions (e.g. roles, processes) and cultural development (e.g. collaboration, feedback) are aligned and reinforce each other

• MAKING IMPACT VISIBLE You define meaningful KPIs for organizational and people development and use them to continuously refine and improve initiatives

• STRENGTHENING INTERFACES You collaborate closely with Recruiting, Employee Experience, and leaders, ensuring a consistent and effective employee journey

• ENJOYING WHAT YOU DO You actively shape the future and find your place in an environment that truly lives development, collaboration, and responsibility


What we appreciate about you::
• Several years of experience in Learning & Development, organizational development, and people development
• Experience in designing organizational structures, roles, and processes
• Solid experience in designing and implementing people development initiatives (e.g. programs, talent development, feedback systems)
• Strong coaching skills and experience in sparring with leaders (ideally with a formal coaching qualification)
• Confidence in working with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management
• Ability to think conceptually while also implementing solutions pragmatically
• Interest in modern learning formats and digital tools (e.g. AI, learning platforms)
• Strong analytical thinking and a good instinct for effective solutions
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Very good English skills (at least C1 level), confident working in international contexts
