What: A Learning & Development Senior Coordinator role with a strong focus on program ownership, coordination, and communication

When: ASAP. We’re looking to hire and onboard as soon as we find the right person.

Where: Remote: Your home base working east coast hours.

Why: This role sits at the heart of the Spotnana employee experience. You’ll own and evolve our global onboarding program, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed, prepared, and connected to our culture from day one. You’ll partner closely with People, Talent, and business leaders to deliver a thoughtful, engaging onboarding experience that sets employees up for long-term success.

How (to land the job!): Our interview process starts with an introductory call with our Talent Acquisition team, followed by virtual interviews with members of our L&D and People teams and cross-functional partners focused on collaboration and program execution.

The day-to-day:

• Own and manage Spotnana’s end-to-end global employee onboarding program

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding schedules, live sessions, and learning journeys

• Maintain and update onboarding content in our LMS to ensure accuracy and relevance

• Co-facilitate virtual instructor-led sessions focused on culture and company foundations

• Collect feedback and data to measure onboarding effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to prepare for incoming new hires

Skills & qualities we value:

• 1-2+ years of Learning & Development or training-related experience

• Experience with Learning Management Systems

• Familiarity with hybrid work environments and managing virtual and in-person enablement sessions

• Program management or logistics/operations experience

• Communication and collaboration

• Understanding of adult learning principles and learning experience design principles

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on a number of factors including the candidate’s working location.
