Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-centered Learning & Development Program Manager to support the strategy, design, delivery, facilitation, and continuous improvement of learning programs that strengthen employee capability and performance across a global workforce.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, this role will play a critical part in translating learning strategy into execution by partnering closely with stakeholders, developing curriculum, applying instructional design principles, facilitating in-person and virtual sessions, and managing the full lifecycle of learning programs from needs assessment through evaluation and optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills with experience in curriculum development, program delivery, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management & Learning Partnership
•    Build strong partnerships with studio leads, functional leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps, define learning needs, and align development solutions with business priorities.
•    Serve as a key liaison between the Learning & Development function and business stakeholders to ensure learning programs are relevant, practical, and impactful.
•    Consult with stakeholders on training goals, learner needs, delivery methods, success measures, and implementation plans.
•    Establish trust and credibility with cross-functional partners through strong communication, responsiveness, and execution.
•    Coordinate with global teams and leaders to support consistent learning experiences across functions, regions, and time zones.

Program Lifecycle Management
•    Design, deliver, and manage the full lifecycle of learning programs, including discovery, needs analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, facilitation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
•    Lead and support learning and development programs across onboarding, technical training, professional skills, leadership development, and compliance learning.
•    Develop project plans, timelines, communication plans, stakeholder updates, and implementation strategies for learning initiatives.
•    Manage multiple learning projects and priorities simultaneously while ensuring strong follow-through and quality execution.
•    Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on data, stakeholder feedback, learner experience, and business impact.

Curriculum Development & Instructional Design
•    Lead and support curriculum development for role-based, functional, and enterprise-wide learning programs.
•    Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to create engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences.
•    Partner with the Learning & Development Manager and subject matter experts to design and develop facilitator guides, learner materials, presentations, job aids, e-learning content, assessments, and blended learning solutions.
•    Structure learning journeys and development pathways that support capability building, employee growth, and business readiness.
•    Review and continuously improve curriculum to ensure content remains relevant, learner-centered, and aligned with changing business needs.

Delivery & Facilitation
•    Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, orientations, learning refreshers, and development experiences for diverse audiences.
•    Support high-quality delivery of learning programs through strong facilitation, learner engagement, and classroom or virtual session management.
•    Prepare facilitators and subject matter experts for successful delivery through materials, coaching, and session support as needed.
•    Ensure learning experiences are inclusive, organized, and engaging across multiple delivery formats.

Learning Operations & Systems
•    Coordinate training calendars, session scheduling, enrollment, communications, attendance tracking, and follow-up activities.
•    Maintain learning records, program documentation, trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
•    Support administration of the learning management system and other learning technologies, ensuring accurate enrollments, completions, assignments, and reporting.
•    Monitor participation, completion rates, learner feedback, and related indicators to support program evaluation and operational excellence.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement
•    Gather learner, facilitator, and stakeholder feedback to assess program quality and effectiveness.
•    Track key learning metrics and prepare reports that show participation, engagement, outcomes, and progress against learning goals.
•    Recommend process and design improvements that increase efficiency, learner engagement, program quality, and scalability.
•    Support experimentation with modern learning approaches, including digital and AI-enabled tools, where appropriate and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications:

Required
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
•    4-6 years of experience in learning and development, training, talent development, HR, or a related field.
•    Experience managing stakeholder relationships and partnering with business leaders to assess needs and implement learning solutions.
•    Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, program delivery, and training facilitation.
•    Experience designing, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of learning programs in a fast-paced environment.
•    Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
•    Strong project management, organization, and follow-through skills.
•    Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
•    Experience working with learning systems, digital tools, and reporting trackers.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
•    Strong attention to detail, customer service mindset, and commitment to confidentiality.

Preferred
•    Experience in a professional services, technology, engineering, construction, or fast-growth environment.
•    Experience supporting global or distributed teams.
•    Knowledge of adult learning theory, learning evaluation methods, and blended learning approaches.
•    Experience with LMS administration, content authoring tools, survey tools, and data visualization/reporting.
•    Exposure to competency frameworks, career pathways, onboarding programs, or leadership development initiatives.
