Role Overview
The Learning & Development Officer (Recruitment) is a dedicated training professional responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving onboarding and development programs for recruitment teams. This role focuses exclusively on learning facilitation, capability development, and training effectiveness to ensure recruiters are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to meet US recruitment standards.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
Own the onboarding and training program for new hire recruiters and recruitment support staff
Design, deliver, and continuously improve training materials and learning sessions covering:
US recruitment processes and best practices
Interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation standards
ATS, recruiting tools, and reporting
Compliance, documentation, and candidate experience expectations
Deliver ongoing refresher training, upskilling sessions, and performance-based coaching across teams
Act as a subject matter expert and trusted resource for recruiting-related training needs
Quality, Process & Enablement
Ensure consistency and quality of recruiting practices across offshore teams
Standardize recruiting workflows, documentation, and training resources
Identify skill gaps and process improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions
Support change initiatives related to new tools, roles, or hiring strategies
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in US recruitment (supporting or recruiting) preferably in an offshore environment
Proven experience delivering training, onboarding, or structured learning programs
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and US hiring standards
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience developing training materials and learning documentation
Ability to analyze performance data to measure training impact
Comfortable working night shift and across time zones
