Job Description
• Conduct and Evaluate weekly Ops new joiner and existing employee training
• Coordinate with Ops leaders in training delivery
• Facilitate Modul for Ops training (development)
• Report directly to L&D Manager for any Ops Training Activity (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
• Assisting L&D Department for Non-Ops Training if needed
• Facilitate refreshment program if needed
• Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
• At least minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skills: Excellent Public Speaking, communication skill, presentation skills, confidence & team player
• Excellent using Ms. Office, especially Power Point
• Able to use Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro (Basic)
• People’s Oriented
• Willing to explore, learn and advice for training methods
