Das sind Deine Aufgaben

• Erste Ansprechperson zu Personalentwicklung
• Beratung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu persönlichen Entwicklungsthemen
• Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der internen SKOPOS School inklusive Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings und Lernformaten
• Begleitung von Personalentwicklungs- und Kulturprojekten, wie psychische Gefährdungsbeurteilung, Mentale Erste-Hilfe, Jahresgespräche etc.

Das bringst Du mit

• Studium im Bereich BWL, Pädagogik, Psychologie, Organisationsentwicklung o. ä.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Personalentwicklung Training und Coaching
• Kenntnisse moderner Personalentwicklungs- und Lernansätze
• Beratungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke, hohe soziale Kompetenz
• Eigeninitiative, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
