Learning & Development team in Montreal.

Position Summary

The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality product training and documentation. As part of the Professional Services team, this role supports both client-facing and internal initiatives by creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly learning materials. The role also contributes to employee development programs and administers the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective knowledge transfer and continuous learning across the organization.

Responsibilities 

Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, training manuals, release notes, and online help content.  

Design and deliver product training programs for clients and internal teams.  

Administer and maintain the LMS (Moodle), including course setup, user management, tracking, and reporting.  

Upload, organize, and update training content within the LMS.  

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information.  

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.  

Create and update learning materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.  

Support onboarding and continuous development of employees through structured training programs.  

Ensure consistency and quality across all documentation and training deliverables.  

Participate in product releases by updating documentation and training materials accordingly.  

Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve learning content and documentation. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technical Writing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.  

Proven experience in technical writing and/or instructional design.  

Experience delivering training (preferably in an enterprise or SaaS environment).  

Experience administering an LMS, preferably Moodle.  

Strong ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

Familiarity with documentation tools and learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools).  

Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail. 

Experience working within Professional Services or customer-facing teams.  

Experience with multimedia content creation (Microsoft Services, videos, tutorials, interactive learning).

Le·la Spécialiste en apprentissage et développement (L&D) est responsable de concevoir, développer et offrir des formations produit et de la documentation de haute qualité. Au sein de l’équipe des Services professionnels, ce rôle soutient à la fois les initiatives destinées aux client·e·s et les initiatives internes en créant du matériel d’apprentissage clair, précis et convivial. Le poste contribue également aux programmes de développement des employé·e·s et administre le système de gestion de l’apprentissage (LMS) de l’organisation, afin d’assurer un transfert de connaissances efficace et un apprentissage continu à travers l’entreprise.

Responsabilités

Développer et maintenir la documentation produit (guides d’utilisation, manuels de formation, notes de version, aide en ligne)

Concevoir et offrir des formations sur les produits pour la clientèle et les équipes internes

Administrer et maintenir le LMS (Moodle), incluant la création de cours, la gestion des utilisateur·trice·s, le suivi et les rapports

Télécharger, organiser et mettre à jour le contenu de formation dans le LMS

Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de produit, les développeur·euse·s et les expert·e·s de contenu afin de recueillir et valider l’information technique

Simplifier des concepts techniques complexes pour les rendre clairs, concis et accessibles

Créer et mettre à jour du matériel pédagogique (présentations, modules e-learning, outils de travail)

Soutenir l’intégration et le développement continu des employé·e·s à l’aide de programmes structurés

Assurer la cohérence et la qualité de toute la documentation et des livrables de formation

Participer aux lancements de produits en mettant à jour la documentation et les formations

Recueillir les rétroactions des utilisateur·trice·s et des parties prenantes afin d’améliorer continuellement les contenus

Qualifications

Baccalauréat en éducation, rédaction technique, administration, systèmes d’information ou domaine connexe

Expérience démontrée en rédaction technique et/ou en conception pédagogique

Expérience en animation de formations (idéalement en contexte d’entreprise ou SaaS)

Expérience avec un LMS, idéalement Moodle

Excellente capacité à vulgariser des informations complexes pour différents publics

Excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et orale

Connaissance des outils de documentation et des plateformes d’apprentissage (LMS, e-learning)

Bon sens de l’organisation, gestion des priorités et souci du détail

Expérience en services professionnels ou en rôle orienté client

Expérience en création de contenu multimédia (suite Microsoft, vidéos, tutoriels, formations interactives)
