The Bosch Training Center in ASEAN, is looking for an Expert, Learning and Development to lead their Learning & Development strategy advocating a learning culture in Bosch. Reporting to the Regional Head of Leaning and Development, ASEAN, you will be part of the dynamic learning and development team, part of the global Bosch Training Alliance. This is an excellent opportunity for Learning & Development professionals who aspire to join an established brand with global presence across multiple businesses. 

In this role, you will work as: 

• Porfolio manager (PM) for Methodology and Entrepreneurship Mindset Porfolios.  
• Learning Consultant for the development needs in the region. 
• Creating and executing strategic programs to support for business needs. 
• You will work with diverse stakeholders to evaluate individual and organizational development needs; manage budget and implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)  
• Taking lead BTC-AS communication page and promotion activities. 
• You will design and deliver classroom and online courses, workshops and other trainings and assess the success of development plans, trainer qualification and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. 

• Have a Graduate/ Master degree in Humanities/ Science 
• At least 5 to 7 years of work experience within the learning & development function 
• Passionate about learning and development, helping people to learn and grow 
• Have ability to analyze and interpret data and be proficient in e-learning concepts and platforms across a regional platform 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Be comfortable and with ability to work with global teams across hierarchy and functions and influence key stakeholders such as the management team 
• Wide knowledge of adult learning methods and application techniques
