Learning & Development Executive, Costa Navarino (2026)

Costa Navarino is a sustainably driven destination in the Mediterranean, located in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese. The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

Costa Navarino is looking for a passionate and organized Learning & Development Executive to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives that enhance employee development and foster a strong learning culture across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of training programs, supporting both associates and trainers, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment aligned with our company’s values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the organization and delivery of training programs, including logistics and communication with departments
• Collaborate with internal and external trainers to ensure effective training execution
• Manage e-learning platforms, ensuring user access, resolving issues, and monitoring completion rates
• Deliver onboarding experiences, including orientation sessions and culture training for new hires
• Support departmental training initiatives and monitor participation and engagement
• Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and documentation
• Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on training progress
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization
• Collect feedback and support the evaluation of training effectiveness
• Assist in organizing CSR and community-related initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, company standards, and procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or a similar role
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be considered an asset
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report training data
• Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken)
