We’re looking for a Learning & Development Director who believes that when people grow, organizations thrive. Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $95,000 – $125,000, based on experience and alignment with the scope of the role. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, demonstrated impact, and overall fit for the position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Leveraging workforce data (engagement, turnover, exit feedback) to inform targeted actions that drive results
• Enhancing leadership effectiveness so it consistently translates into everyday behaviors and team impact
• Building workforce capability by developing practical skills that strengthen how teams collaborate, communicate, and serve
• Continuing to elevate engagement and retention through meaningful leadership practices

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
• 5–7+ years of experience designing and leading leadership development initiatives with measurable impact
• Strong facilitation, communication, and ability to influence leaders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to translate data (engagement, turnover, feedback) into actionable development strategies
• Experience designing practical, application-based learning that strengthens leadership effectiveness and team performance
• Ability to assess effectiveness of programs and adjust based on outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement targeted solutions
