We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team in our Auckland office.
About the role
The People & Culture team supports the firm across our people framework at Russell McVeagh to ensure everyone at the firm can thrive. You will support the day-to-day L&D and talent operations by providing timely, professional and efficient support to the team.
In this role, you will:
Provide end-to-end L&D coordination and administrative support across the firm, including managing queries and supporting key initiatives.
Coordinate internal and external training, including logistics, materials, LMS administration and post-training follow-up.
Act as a super user for P&C systems (including LMS), maintaining accurate data, reporting on learning metrics and supporting continuous improvement.
Contribute to firm-wide learning, diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
Support student and early talent programmes, including recruitment, events and communications.
Provide broader recruitment support as needed, including lateral hiring research, screening and interview coordination.
About you

The successful candidate will have:
A strong administrative background with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
Experience working in an HR / People & Culture (preferred but not essential).
Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
Highly organised and process oriented with the ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
Proactive approach and a "can do" attitude.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and a desire to work as part of a team.
Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
