The part you will play
This role shall work under the supervision of the Regional Learning & Development Specialist. The candidate shall also work under the guidance of Contractual Employees in the Philippines, spanning into an initial contract of 6 months, with the premise of possible extension or conversion into a regular permanent position.
As a Learning & Development Associate, you will take charge of
Assist in developing digital and instructor-led training modules.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences.
Collaborate in producing courses weekly using SCORM authoring tools for external clients.
Act as a Project Team B member, supporting the production and revision of course outputs for clients.
Manage content uploads, updates, and organization in the LMS.
Assist the L&D Specialist in the rollout of courses and in mapping onboarding journeys.
Track training activities, collect feedback, and prepare basic reports.
Provide logistical support for training rollouts.
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
2-5 years of relevant work experience in training, education, HR, or related fields.
Proficiency in using Articulate as a SCORM authoring tool (e.g., Storyline, Rise).
Highly resourceful in creating engaging and effective learning materials.
Strong understanding of learning principles, including instructional design best practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus.
Good communication skills, with the ability to support training delivery and engage with learners.
