Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager, who will:

• Design and execute technical learning initiatives aligned with the L&D strategy and defined priorities.

• Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and high-quality learning experiences.

• Track, validate, and report certification completion and training compliance across disciplines.

• Apply instructional design principles and modern learning methodologies (OTJ, workshops, e-learning, coaching) to ensure effective and learner-centered delivery.

• Monitor learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators, implementing continuous improvements.

• Support the adoption and implementation of AI-enabled learning tools and solutions.

• Ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence across all training initiatives.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or related roles.

• Experience in fast-paced environments (marketing, media, advertising, consulting).

• Knowledge in Programmatic and AdOps is a plus.

• Upper-intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).

• Strong project management and execution skills.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
