The Learning & Development Executive will support learning operations and training administration activities, ensuring smooth execution of learning programs and compliance with established processes. This role focuses on training coordination, LMS administration, and HR operations support, with exposure to regional HR practices, particularly Singapore. The position requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to work within defined SOPs while supporting ongoing learning initiatives.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand various learning and training-related transactions before processing.
• Execute learning and HR operations transactions accurately, in line with standard operating procedures and defined requirements.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, managing participant enrollments, and tracking attendance.
• Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course creation, enrollments, completions, and learner record maintenance.
• Maintain accurate learning data, reports, trackers, and compliance records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support mandatory training completion and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through basic reporting and data analysis.
• Participate in ad-hoc learning and HR operational activities, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate with specialization in Human Resources.
• Freshers with relevant HR educational background may be considered.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, training coordination, or learning administration.
• Working knowledge of HR practices related to the Singapore region.
• Prior experience in managing training logistics, LMS administration, or e-learning tools.
• Familiarity with instructional design basics and training effectiveness measurement.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, or similar systems is preferred.
