Our Team
At Sanofi's Lüleburgaz Plant, our Quality Control team is part of the Liquid-Semi Solid Laboratory, dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical quality. Our mission is to guarantee that every product meets rigorous safety and efficacy requirements before reaching patients. We are a collaborative team of specialists committed to scientific excellence, data integrity, and continuous improvement — all in service of patient safety.
Main responsibilities
• Perform and report QC, raw material and product analysis accurately and on time according to standards, enter results into the LIMS system and ensure approval
• Perform stability analysis of all licensed product samples according to their shelf specifications
• Perform analyses of customer complaint samples, Process Validation samples, Equipment Cleaning Validations and Bulk Holding Time study samples
• Perform related OOS/OOT situation investigations, report and inform the senior specialist
• Follow up on required maintenance and service operations
• Perform daily checks for laboratory equipment
• Maintain archiving of all raw data and reports from quality controls and validations in good conditions

About you
• Experience: Currently in 3rd year of an undergraduate program or 1st year of a graduate program in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Soft skills: Responsible, team-oriented, result-focused, with good communication skills
• Technical skills: Familiar with HPLC equipment, chromatographic analysis and Data Integrity; able to use MS Office programs effectively
• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field Languages: Fluency in Turkish; working knowledge of English
