About the job
Our Team: We are looking for a transparency intern who will support transparency-related activities, ensuring compliance with transparency regulations. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management and consent management within the pharmaceutical industry. The intern will work closely with various internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of transparency data and proper management of consent documentation.
Main responsibilities:
• Assist in the collection, review, and organization of consent forms.
• Support the digitization and archiving consent documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Help maintain version control of consent templates and ensure proper documentation of updates.
• Perform data entry and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
About you
• Soft skills: Attention to detail and accuracy; Good communication skills; collaborative spirit with a proactive approach,
• Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Suite programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Education: Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year university student in business administration, economics, or a related field
• Languages: Turkish and English
