Our Team

The P&C Communications team plays a pivotal role in shaping Sanofi's employer brand and supporting talent acquisition across the Eurasia region. Our mission is to attract top talent and strengthen our market position through strategic employer branding initiatives — from compelling content and campaigns to meaningful candidate and employee experiences. We work closely with the Talent Acquisition Eurasia team and the International Employer Branding team to bring Sanofi's culture and values to life, both internally and externally.

Main Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Eurasia and International Employer Branding teams to develop and execute employer branding campaigns that attract top talent and strengthen our market position

• Contribute to content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn and internal platforms showcasing company culture and employee stories

• Assist in the planning and execution of career fairs, university partnerships, and employer branding events

• Help design and distribute internal and external communications related to employer branding initiatives

• Support the effective execution of the LEAP Long-Term Internship Program and other Early Career initiatives at local and regional levels

• Participate in ongoing People & Culture projects and contribute creative ideas for improvement

• Support the People & Culture transformation journey by developing communication templates, generating innovative ideas, and contributing to change management activities

• Monitor and follow up on employee job descriptions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards

• Execute translations of People & Culture materials and documentation to support our diverse, multinational workforce

About You

• Education: Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year university student, preferably in Visual Arts, Communications, New Media or a related field

• Soft skills:

• Demonstrated collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams

• Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and contributing to organizational excellence

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills

• Technical skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)

• Content creation and design capabilities

• Languages:

• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)

• Additional language skills a plus
