Job Description:

▪ Soporta acciones designadas en los proyectos CBS, talleres CBS, programa 5S's y programa CIM para la mejora de los procesos y áreas productivas.

▪ Apoya sesiones de trabajo de acuerdo a necesidades de las áreas (ejemplo: sesiones de 360° con equipos multidisciplinarios para detectar mejoras potenciales, detectar desperdicios o actividades de valor no agregado).

▪ Participa activamente en los entrenamientos y sesiones de coaching para implementación de herramientas CBS (ejemplo: entrenamientos en programa 5S's, sistema CIM, proyectos CBS, talleres kaizen, 7+1 desperdicios, etc.).

▪ Provee soporte en la ejecución de proyectos CBS y talleres CBS.

▪ Provee soporte en la ejecución de proyectos Six Sigma como miembro activo del equipo de trabajo. 

▪ Participa activamente en el programa 5S's de planta. 

▪ Detecta y documenta en Sprint projectos de ahorro potenciales para procesos y áreas productivas.

• Estudiante administración, Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
• Conocimiento intermedio en herramientas y metodologías de Lean Manufacturing.
• Conocimiento básico norma ISO IATF.
• Nivel de ingles basico-intermedio deseable.
• Conocimiento intermedio-avanzado herramientas office 365.
• Conocimiento básico en sistemas de mejora continua
