POSITION SUMMARY
The Lean Enterprise Manager drives the Fabco Way by embedding Lean principles and leading continuous improvement across the organization. This role oversees Lean deployment, ensures manufacturing readiness, develops team capabilities, and sustains Lean systems through performance tracking, training, and accountability. The position also manages Lean resources, benchmarks best practices, and aligns initiatives with business goals and budget targets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Champion a culture of Lean, driving engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization
• Lead the development and execution of the Lean roadmap (Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management)
• Partner with operations and engineering to ensure manufacturing readiness and efficient production processes
• Manage and develop Lean/OpEx teams, ensuring priorities and deliverables align with corporate standards
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving using A3, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
• Sustain Lean systems through audits (5S, TPM) and hold teams accountable for performance
• Design and deliver Lean training programs, including Yellow Belt and Green Belt certification
• Track, analyze, and report Lean KPIs aligned with plant and corporate objectives
• Benchmark industry best practices and represent the organization in external forums
• Manage budgets to ensure effective and cost-efficient Lean implementation
Requirements:
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred)
• Over 7 years experience in Lean leadership roles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, multi-site experience preferred
• Expertise in Lean tools (Kaizen, VSM, TPS, 5), Project Management and Change Leadership experience
• Excellent communication, coaching and organizational skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Up to 15% travel required for this position.
