The Business Development unit is responsible for developing and maintaining account relationships with multisector clients. The unit engages clients for salary survey participation, survey subscriptions and consulting services supported by the full range of products and services of the Community™ platform.
The Leads Generation Assistant, reporting to the Survey Growth Team Lead, identifies potential clients/participants in assigned countries through research, secures contact information, and provides leads to the Account Executives on the BD team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather prospect information and ensure accuracy and completeness to initiate Lead Generation and ultimately sales/engagement activities.
Generate lists of leads by sector and country to facilitate the identification of opportunities and expansion or sustaining of salary survey participation.
Inform team of research/lead generation status and communicate issues in securing contacts and/or deficiencies in sectoral representation.
Explain basic/broad level information about Birches Group to prospects, its range of products/services, and about salary survey participation to facilitate securing contact information.
Enter lead data for prospects into CRM aligned to sales/engagement processes.
Organize and filter CRM information for accuracy and completeness in line with the needs of the BD-MS team.
Targeted Specialized Knowledge:
Completion of College/Tertiary Education in any field;
Some prior experience in an office setting in the use of a CRM;
Fluency in English is essential; intermediate French/Spanish preferred to communicate in writing and speaking;
Baseline understanding of Community products and training in Birches Group products/services.
