If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and flawless execution, this role is for you.
We’re looking for a highly capable, organized, and proactive professional to support executive leadership and volunteer governance at a dynamic, member-driven organization.
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will work closely with senior leaders and Directors to coordinate elections, strategic planning, board operations, and high-level leadership events. You’ll be trusted to manage complex logistics, anticipate needs, and represent the organization with professionalism and confidence.
If you enjoy being the person who keeps big initiatives moving and leaders prepared, you’ll love this role.
What You’ll Lead & Support
Executive & Board Operations
Coordinate the annual Board election and officer nomination process.
Support Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings (materials, preparation, follow-through).
Assist in managing the annual Strategic Planning process.
Support leadership selection and onboarding processes.
Leadership Engagement & Events
Help plan and execute key leadership events including the annual Inaugural, Board Summit, and Volunteer Training.
Coordinate travel and logistics for Directors attending state and national meetings.
Serve as a primary liaison for volunteer leaders, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
Manage complex event logistics, housing, and meeting coordination.
Who You Are
Exceptionally organized and detail-driven.
A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs.
Comfortable working with executives and community leaders.
Strong communicator — clear, polished, and confident.
Able to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum.
Experienced in project management, operations, event planning, executive support, or governance support.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
This role requires you to be in the office four days per week. After training is complete, there may be flexibility to transition to three days per week based on performance and business needs.
