We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support and accelerate the growth of future leaders within our organization. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in leadership, team development, and organizational growth. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to help implement development initiatives that strengthen performance and culture.
Responsibilities
• Support leadership development programs and internal training initiatives
• Assist in identifying high-potential talent and development opportunities
• Collaborate with team leaders to reinforce leadership standards and best practices
• Help coordinate workshops, coaching sessions, and development resources
• Monitor progress and contribute to performance and growth evaluations
• Promote a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented work environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
