• We work every day to transform e-commerce into an emotional experience for the millions of members who trust us. As a multi-specialist, Veepee has to offer a personalized experience while keeping a certain homogeneity in terms of user journey, tone of voice but also in terms of look and feel.

• In this context, we are looking for a Lead UX / UI designer, committed to join a motivated team to help on defining a UX vision for our products, to help us work within tribes (composed of several products) in order to coordinate interface and service design projects, in line with our global strategy. Within the Domain Distribution Channels (all the front part), your role will be the transversal leadership and mentorship for UX-UI designers (no direct report), to contribute driving the UX strategy and vision.

🎯 TASKS:
• Transversal leadership / mentoring role for dedicated UX inside the domain (no management)

• Ensure the link between conception and KPI to measure the success of our deliveries

• Helping on finalizing the design reviews inside the domain

• Gathering the UX community and spreading the design culture

• Building a plan to develop design team skills

• Accountable for practices and harmonization at VeepeeTech level (common framework and methodologies)

• Having a strong understanding of usability, interaction design, information architecture

👉 MUST HAVE skills:
• Lean UX and double diamond have no secrets for you;

• You have at least 3 years of experience Leading a team/community of UX/UI Designers;

• You are fluent in English (Veepee is more than ten different nationalities working together);

• You use and abuse design thinking methods, you love to debate and you have constructive criticism;

• You have empathetic leadership skills. You have good verbal and rhetorical skills. You enjoy working in a group and participating in the life of the team;

• You are able to handle emotional design with skill because you know that it is what makes an experience memorable for the user;
