About the role
As Lead User Acquisition Manager, you will own and scale paid acquisition for one of our core D2C subscription products. Your primary mandate is to maximise ROI across all paid channels — driving consistent, high-quality traffic that converts and retains. You will execute the strategy, manage the budget, and work closely with creative and analytics to continuously improve performance.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is relentlessly performance-driven, highly analytical, and takes full accountability for their numbers.
Key Responsibilities
ROI & Performance Ownership
• Own and maximise ROAS across all paid channels
• Develop and implement strategies to drive efficient CAC and sustainable growth
• Build growth plans based on LTV:CAC ratios and ARPU
• Identify scaling opportunities across channels while maintaining performance efficiency
Strategy & Execution
• Define and execute the UA strategy across all platforms (Meta/Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Design and implement optimal campaign structures across all active platforms
• Continuously test and refine targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign setups
Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Identify and test new selling angles, creative approaches, and messaging strategies
• Provide data-driven feedback to guide creative direction across all channels
Analytics & Data
• Use data-driven insights to inform every strategic and tactical decision
• Build and maintain performance reporting and attribution frameworks
• Own the testing roadmap: A/B tests, geo-expansion, channel scaling, creative iteration
Qualifications
• 3+ years in performance marketing with a strong focus on D2C subscription products (web-to-web, web-to-app)
• Proven track record of maximising ROI and scaling paid acquisition
• Deep platform expertise across paid social and search (Meta/Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel/SQL
• Experience working with attribution models and performance reporting frameworks

Location
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
