Lead Unreal Engine Programmer 6 months Contract (open to extension)

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Lead Unreal Engine Programmer to help define the technical vision and foundation of an upcoming PC & console title built in Unreal Engine 5.

You will lead a small Engineering team, set up core architecture, and work closely with design and art to deliver a high-quality playable build.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define and implement core technical architecture (UE5).
• Lead and mentor a small programming team.
• Oversee multiplayer, AI, and systems development.
• Collaborate with design and art leads on key features

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years in Unreal Engine programming (UE4/5)
• Solid experience with C++ and gameplay/network architecture
• Shipped at least one mid-to-large scale game or demo
• Previous team leadership experience preferred
• Business Level English Language (Written and Spoken)

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Russian (written and spoken)
