Job Description

Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to lead our Travel Protocol & Housing team. The successful candidate will oversee all travel, protocol, and housing arrangements for expatriates, senior management, and other key personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all local and international travel arrangements, including visa processing, hotel bookings, and airport pickups.

• Provide protocol support at both domestic and international airports.

• Liaise with government agencies to ensure smooth travel and clearance processes.

• Organize logistics for visits involving international guests, including invitations, transportation, accommodations, and schedules.

• Maintain accurate records of client group movements and secure all personal information.

• Oversee implementation of housing policies and manage residential housing for expatriates.

• Lead and support the Travel Protocol & Housing team, ensuring efficient daily operations.

• Prepare briefings and travel schedules for senior management approval.

• Coordinate transportation logistics and provide detailed itineraries to drivers and stakeholders.
