À PROPOS DU RÔLE

En tant que Lead Technique IA chez Genia, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la construction du cadre fondamental qui alimente nos flux de travail en données, IA et BI. Ce poste combine le génie logiciel et l’ingénierie des données, avec pour objectif de créer des systèmes efficaces et évolutifs permettant des analyses avancées et des applications d’IA. Votre expertise en gestion de bases de données, plateformes cloud et conception de flux de données contribuera à mettre en place des environnements automatisés et fluides soutenant l’évolution numérique de nos clients.

Responsabilités principales :

Concevoir, développer et superviser l’architecture technique des solutions IA et BI (workflows, agents, pipelines) pour répondre aux besoins d’affaires de nos clients.

Développer et maintenir des bases de données et des pipelines de données, en assurant leur intégrité, performance et évolutivité.

Collaborer avec les équipes pour optimiser la gestion des données, le déploiement des modèles et garantir la robustesse des solutions dans les environnements clients.

Exploiter les services cloud (préférence pour Azure) pour créer une infrastructure de données sécurisée, évolutive et rentable.

Mettre en œuvre des solutions de gestion des données avec SQL et Python, en utilisant pandas pour la manipulation et la transformation des données.

Concevoir et développer des applications web en lien avec les workflows de données et d’IA.

Définir et appliquer les bonnes pratiques d’ingénierie pour garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des déploiements.

Effectuer une veille technologique pour recommander des améliorations continues et favoriser l’innovation.

Outils à maîtriser

Plateformes Cloud (Azure, GCP ou AWS) pour la gestion d’infrastructures et de services IA.

Langages de programmation (Python, SQL) et frameworks associés (pandas, libraries ML).

Outils de CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions ou équivalent) pour automatiser les déploiements.

Un atout supplémentaire : outils de conteneurisation et d’orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). 

Compétences clés requises

Solide expérience (3 ans minimum) en conception et déploiement de systèmes distribués et scalables.

Maîtrise de la gestion de projets techniques (pilotage, planification, suivi).

Connaissances approfondies en ingénierie logicielle (architecture, bonnes pratiques, DevOps).

Familiarité avec les concepts et outils d’IA (modélisation, MLOps, intégration de modèles).

Qualités humaines recherchées

Leadership naturel et sens de l’ownership pour piloter les initiatives stratégiques.

Communication claire et capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques.

Esprit d’équipe

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an AI Technical Lead at Genia, you will play a key role in building the foundational framework that drives our data, AI, and BI workflows.

This position blends software engineering and data engineering, aiming to create efficient, scalable systems that enable advanced analytics and AI applications. Your expertise in database management, cloud platforms, and data workflow design will help establish seamless, automated environments that support our clients' digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and oversee the technical architecture of AI and BI solutions (workflows, agents, pipelines) to meet our clients’ business needs.

Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines, ensuring their integrity, performance, and scalability.

Collaborate with teams to optimize data management, model deployment, and ensure the robustness of solutions within client environments.

Leverage cloud services (preferably Azure) to create secure, scalable, and cost-effective data infrastructure.

Implement data management solutions using SQL and Python, with a focus on pandas for data manipulation and transformation.

Design and develop web applications linked to data and AI workflows.

Define and enforce best engineering practices to ensure the quality and reliability of deployments.

Conduct technology watch to recommend continuous improvements and foster innovation.

Tools to Master

Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in Azure, GCP, or AWS for managing infrastructures and AI services.

Programming Languages: Strong skills in Python and SQL, along with associated frameworks like pandas and ML libraries.

CI/CD Tools: Experience with tools such as GitLab, GitHub Actions, or equivalents for deployment automation.

Additional asset: Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Required Skills
