There will be several steps/evaluations throughout the interview process. I'll highlight them below: 
-Evaluation of the application
-Field evaluation of technical skills, job site conduct, behavior, communication, attitude, and leadership

-Evaluation of past performance (attendance, punctuality, Ops Reports)

-In-person interview with various roles/ round table discussion
