Position Overview:
 

Boeing Test and Evaluation team is currently looking for one Lead Technical Product Specialist to join their team in Bengaluru, KA. Test & Evaluation engineers at Boeing make sure that products at the world’s largest aerospace company continue to meet the highest standards. From quality and reliability, to safety and performance, their expertise is vital to the concept, design and certifications of a wide variety of commercial and military systems.

Position Responsibilities:

• Understands and develops software solutions to meet end user's requirements.

• Ensures that application integrates with overall system architecture, utilizing standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools.

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy

• Develop product roadmaps in alignment to business strategy fulfilment

• Ability to influence architectural decisions to adopt modern technologies and evangelize about the same

• Understands broad based system integrations and interoperability

• Ability to prove through proof of concepts and technical research and presentation the best fit amongst emergent technologies to upend business outcomes

• Ability to plan product and program increments for achieving the best business value add

• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

• Project Management:

• Track project progress with technical teams, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.

• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.

• Proactively identify and communicate red flags or potential roadblocks, facilitating timely discussions with stakeholders to address issues and mitigate risks.
 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.

• Experience with automated build and release process

• Experience with SAFe agile development methodologies and tools

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Business teams’ to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on visualizing and understanding data.
 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in Aerospace domain.

• SAFe for PO/PM or leading SAFe certified.

• Experience in Java , Python or .Net full stack application design and end to end integration

• Experience in RDBMS, Data structures, algorithms and Design Patterns.

• DevOps, Continuous Integration. Experience in using any CICD tools like Bamboo/Jenkins, Coverity, SonarQube, Jfrog, Artifactory etc.

• Experience in Cloud security and identity access management
 

Typical Education & Experience:

• Technical bachelor's degree or higher and typically 12 or more years' related work experience

•  Master's degree with typically 10 or more years' related work experience.
