Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, & experienced English-Spanish speaking Dual Language Lead Teacher. The ideal Candidate will have a genuine love for children, a passion for modern languages, a patient demeanor, and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging program of activities in a casual, conversational English-Spanish dual language learning environment for children.

Location: Elk Grove Park District Preschool, Hattendorf Center, 225 East Elk Grove Blvd., 60007

Qualifications: 18 years of age with High school diploma or equivalent; secure in conversation & reading of English and Spanish/native speaker or endorsement; versed in creating weekly themed lesson plans for bilingual activities; further courses or training in Education or Biliteracy completion; a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
