What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the Classroom – Craft meaningful learning experiences

• Building Bonds – Connect deeply with children and their families

• Creating Calm – Foster a safe, welcoming, and happy environment

Must-Haves:

• At least 18 years old

• Education: CDA, college coursework, or degree in Early Childhood Education

• DCF 45 hours completed and active

• 2–3 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility

• Certifications: CPR & First Aid

• Background Check: Must pass

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
