Are you a seasoned early childhood educator ready to lead with purpose and passion? We're looking for a dedicated Lead Teacher who is ready to guide all of our young learners through one of the most important years of their early education journey.

Who We’re Looking For:
We're seeking a collaborative, experienced educator who is passionate about all age groups, confident in curriculum implementation, and skilled in jumping in to lend a hand. If you're eager to shape young minds and support a strong classroom community—we want to connect with you!
What You’ll Do:
• Support Classroom Operations: Take the lead in implementing lesson plans, managing routines, and engaging children.
• Build Positive Relationships: Connect with children, families, and team members across the center.
• Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure a clean, consistent, and welcoming atmosphere in each classroom you support.
What You Bring:
• 18 years or older
• DCF 45 Hours – Completed & Active
• CDA or higher
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Must pass a background check
Schedule:
•
Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM, rotating shift
