What You’ll Do

• Shape the day: Lead the classroom with creativity, structure, and heart.

What You Bring

• Age 18 or older

• Education: High school diploma or GED (CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s in ECE is a major plus!)

• DCF 45 hours completed and active

• 1 year of hands-on experience in a licensed childcare facility

• CPR and First Aid certified

• Clear background check

• Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm
