Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Strategy Consultant – Digital Innovation with over 15 years of consulting expertise, including mandatory experience with a Big 4 firm, to lead enterprise-wide digital innovation and transformation strategy initiatives.

The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving strategic planning, innovation roadmaps, and governance across large-scale, complex organizations. This role requires strong onsite presence, executive stakeholder engagement, and hands-on leadership in delivering high-impact transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Strategic Advisory

• Lead the development of enterprise digital and business strategies aligned with organizational vision and long-term objectives.
• Define digital innovation roadmaps, including operating models, capability-building initiatives, and transformation priorities.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive assessments to support strategic decision-making.

2. Digital Innovation & Transformation

• Identify, evaluate, and shape innovation opportunities leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, automation, and digital platforms.
• Translate innovation concepts into actionable initiatives, including business cases, implementation plans, and value realization frameworks.
• Support the design and rollout of digital governance models, KPIs, and performance measurement structures.

3. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with business, technology, and external partners.
• Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, steering committees, and stakeholder alignment forums.

4. Delivery Oversight & Transformation Governance

• Oversee end-to-end strategy delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Establish transformation governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and executive dashboards.
• Ensure strategic initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes and sustained value.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of consulting experience with a strong focus on strategy, innovation, and digital transformation.
• Mandatory experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and digital strategy engagements.
• Strong onsite client engagement experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers effectively.
• Excellent analytical, communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading digital innovation programs in large enterprises or regulated industries.
• Exposure to emerging technologies, digital business models, and platform-driven transformation.
• Background in financial services, government, or large corporates is a strong advantage.
