The Mission

We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to drive the development of next-generation AI-powered web applications. You will bridge the gap between Databricks data platforms and modern web architectures, building intelligent, production-ready applications that integrate LLMs, real-time data, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

This role combines architecture leadership with hands-on full-stack development, helping shape our transition toward Databricks Apps and serverless AI solutions.

What You Will Do

• Architect cloud-native AI applications, integrating LLMs, vector search, and real-time data.

• Design end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend.

• Implement RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents in production.

• Lead cross-functional teams (Full-stack, AI, Data).

• Build and maintain backend services in Python and integrate them with React (or Angular) frontends.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Ensure quality through testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native best practices.

Your Background

• 10+ years in software engineering, designing distributed systems

• Strong full-stack experience (React + FastAPI)

• Sharp product vision and UX/UI intuition

• Expert-level Python

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures

• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases

 

Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog)

• Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen)

• Experience with Node.js full-stack

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
