📋 What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team across multiple product areas.
• Own technical architecture decisions and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our platform.
• Establish and maintain engineering best practices — code reviews, CI/CD, testing standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Hands-on contribution to critical and complex parts of the codebase when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and team productivity.
• Participate in hiring decisions and help grow the engineering team.
• Set the pace — drive urgency, unblock the team fast, and keep momentum high across sprints and releases.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with strong .NET/C# expertise.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a development team.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience with high-availability, data-intensive applications.
• Strong communication skills — able to translate between technical and business contexts.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal) — our documentation, codebase, and cross-team communication are in English.
• Passion for clean code, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
• A hustle mindset — comfortable with fast iterations, tight deadlines, and a bias toward action over perfection.

💎 Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech, RegTech, or compliance-related domains.
• Familiarity with AML, sanctions screening, or financial regulations.
• Experience scaling engineering teams and processes.
