Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Engineer to join our team. This role demands expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, Node.js, MongoDB, Azure, SQL Server, and front-end technologies like Angular or React. The ideal candidate will lead a team, mentor developers, and architect solutions. Candidates with prior experience in healthcare or insurance benefits projects will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using .NET Core 3.1/.NET 5.0, ASP.NET, Node.js, and Azure cloud services.

Lead and mentor a team of senior developers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices and project timelines.

Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Azure Functions, and API Gateway.

Work with both SQL Server and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cosmos DB.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams for requirement gathering and technical solutioning.

Implement front-end solutions using Angular or React.

Provide technical expertise on identity management for secure authentication and authorization.

Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Ensure code quality with peer reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and propose improvements.

Required Skills:

11–13 years of hands-on software development experience.

Strong background in .NET Core 3.1/.NET 5.0, ASP.NET, Node.js, Active Directory (AD), SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB.

Proficiency in cloud computing concepts and experience with Azure cloud technologies.

Front-end skills in Angular or React for building modern user interfaces.

Experience with Azure services, Azure Functions, and API Gateway.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience working in healthcare or insurance benefits projects.

Knowledge of cloud security and best practices in identity management.
