Responsibilities::
• At Turvo, we set high benchmarks for ourselves and you are expected to help keep it high through your analysis, design, development, and deployment activities.
• Interact with designers, architects and other coders to analyze the requirements and suggest/implement possible solution options.
• Maintain a high quality of the product by reviewing code and validating the use cases across dev and prod environments.
• You need to have a keen eye for tools and technologies that will make life easy for developers, and work on improving the tooling and automation.
• You are expected to understand the latest development and engineering paradigms like Scrum/Agile/TDD/BDD/DDD etc.
• Investigating product issues, bottlenecks and providing reliable solutions.
• Documenting component and program decisions of components owned using collaborative tools like Wiki.

Qualifications::
• 8-10 years of software engineering experience in developing, designing & scaling complex systems both horizontally & vertically.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge, experience and expertise with developing highly scalable, distributed, multi-tenant based microservices platforms using Java and Spring Framework.
• Expertise in API driven platform development and integration.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Framework.
• Expertise in any of the MySQL/Oracle/MongoDB/ES databases.
• Good knowledge on Agile development tools, Continuous development tools such as Jenkins, Test driven development tools.
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills, good communication and presentation skills.
• Is a self- motivated individual, able to work independently.

Good to have::
• Knowledge of cutting edge technologies such as PaaS, NoSQL, Complex Event processing.
• Skills of leading a team with experience of mentoring individuals.
• Experience in developing applications for the Supply-Chain domain.
