What is the Job like? :
• Lead development and QA team members to deliver high quality products to customers across the world.
• Work closely with the Development Manager and supervise the development team, delegate tasks, mentor, and encourage best practices.
• Work with Product Managers while interacting with clients and simplify requirements into user stories for team to work upon.
• Efficiently work with multiple stakeholders to define clear milestones for team to target.
• Hands on coding in JAVA 8 and microservices domain for complex and critical features.
• Implement best practices for coding and design via efficient code reviews.
• Lead Design and Architecture for your product and features.
• Lead the team while handling critical escalations in your product in a timely and amicable manner

Who should apply?:
• 7+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
• Experience in working on Java, Spring, REST, SQL (PostgreSQL or MYSQL) Messaging systems, ELK stack, microservices is required.
• Strong computer science background with an engineering degree in computer science.
• Great design and problem solving skills with a strong basis for architecting performance, scalability, security and reliability.
• Deep understanding of OOAD, efficient data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies like AWS/Google Cloud, Azure, OpenStack is a plus.
