Shape the direction of our software solutions and drive innovation

Joining the team, your focus will be to lead complex projects, and ensuring high-quality software delivery, also acting as a technical sparring partner for both internal teams and customers.

Success in this position also involves mentoring colleagues, focusing on their professional development and growth.

Your key responsibilities involve:

• Solidly analyse, guide, and set direction for overall technical choices within projects.
• Ensure the sustainability and high quality of our solutions while aligning with the organization's technical direction.
• Act as a mentor for team members, focusing on their professional development and growth.
• Conduct training courses in technical disciplines to enhance the team's skills.
• Collaborate closely with Software Architects to design solutions that fulfil user and customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of software implementation, as well as explore solutions beyond own area of responsibility.
• Lead the implementation of entire new functionalities independently or by leading a group of Software Developers and Senior Software Developers.
• Provide clear technical direction to top management and contribute to the product vision.

• A degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of micro-service architecture, containerization, Docker is an advantage.
• Solid experience in JAVA.
• Advanced certifications in software development or related technologies are a strong advantage and demonstrate your commitment to ongoing professional growth.
• Several years of professional software development experience, with a proven record of leading successful, high-impact projects from concept to delivery.
• Deep proficiency in Agile development methodologies, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments where adaptability and continuous improvement drive success.
