This center will be a core part of our global product and technology team, driving innovation across multiple areas to expand our product portfolio and business.

We are looking for an experienced developer to help build world-class ERP solutions and play a key role in our growing Hyderabad product organization.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop application features using C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL, leveraging the Acumatica ERP platform.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical design and implementation plans.
• Own feature delivery end-to-end — from design through deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA engineers to ensure clarity, testability, and high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct peer reviews and maintain high standards for technical design, code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
• Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by introducing best practices, automation, and modern engineering techniques.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and SQL, with hands-on experience in enterprise application development.
• Familiarity with web development (HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns (SOLID, MVC), and asynchronous programming.
• Experience in ERP, CRM, or other business systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills — able to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
• Growth mindset and passion for building scalable, maintainable, and user-focused software.

Bonus Points For

• Experience building ERP, financial systems, or large B2B platforms.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Demonstrated initiative in driving ideas from concept to completion to improve product, architecture, tooling, and developer experience.
