In addition to the duties and responsibilities of a Site Coordinator at their assigned site, Lead Site Coordinators will have direct oversight of other school sites as outlined within their supervision group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(In addition to all current duties of a Site Coordinator)
Assure implementation of the Communities In Schools model of integrated student services with fidelity at assigned sites
Support direct reports in their needs assessment process, including suggestions on sources for and offering strategies and suggestions to complete the process.
Provide support to direct reports as they implement their site plans assuring they include all required aspects of the plan.
Verify that services, both school-wide and for individual students, are being monitored and adjusted as required.
Monitor and support direct reports as they evaluate the effectiveness of achieving school and student individualized goals.
Provide leadership in planning site services for the following year, as well as contributing to affiliate-level reports for partners, the affiliate office, and the Communities In Schools national office.
Ensure data and reporting are completed accurately and on-time.
Assure all TQS requirements are met at their own site and each assigned site
Assist in on-boarding process of new staff and provide input for performance reviews
Lead or co-facilitate CIS meetings and trainings as appropriate
Find other low-cost opportunities for professional development and training

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required In addition to those as outlined for Site Coordinators:
Minimum two years as a Site Coordinator at CISSC
Understanding of leadership skills and strategies
Capacity to do both current site requirements and as well as the oversight of other sites
Ability to prioritize site work with duties of Lead Site Coordinator
Strategic thinking to support assigned Site Coordinators with problem-solving
Accurate, consistent, and timely data entry
Ability to track multiple projects at one time
Effective communication in both positive and challenging situations
Proficient with CISDM
Qualifications: Two years of experience and or one year of experience as a Site Coordinator at Communities In Schools. Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated relevant equivalent experience in education, social work, or related field. Experience inworking with school-age children. Ability to work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness and ability to effectively communicate with youth. Familiarity with local
health and human service agencies. Flexibility, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and high energy.
