About our partner:
On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.
What you'll be doing:
Finance Functional Leadership & Ownership
• Provide end-to-end functional leadership for SAP S/4HANA Finance, covering Financial Accounting, Controlling, financial close, statutory and management reporting.
• Own the overall Finance solution design and act as the primary functional authority for Finance-related decisions.
• Define Finance design principles, standards, and guardrails.
Program & Solution Delivery
• Lead Finance activities across all SAP Activate phases.
• Drive enterprise-level fit-to-standard workshops and ensure optimal use of standard S/4HANA capabilities.
• Review and approve Finance functional deliverables.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Act as the primary SAP Finance advisor to Finance leadership.
• Lead Finance integration with Master Data, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Sales.
Governance, Testing & Go-Live
• Own Finance testing strategy and go-live readiness.
• Provide leadership support during cutover and hypercare.
Post-Go-Live & Roadmap
• Serve as long-term functional owner of SAP Finance.
• Define and evolve the Finance roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
• 8+ years SAP Finance experience.
• Proven end-to-end Finance ownership in S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
