Project Description

The project focuses on building and evolving Salesforce-based enterprise solutions that support core Sales and Service workflows. You will act as a technical anchor within delivery teams, owning complex implementations and ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with modern Salesforce capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative tools

• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Perform code reviews and ensure quality, performance, and security standards

• Coordinate technical work with offshore Salesforce developers

• Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, and production stability

• Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Integration teams

• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous platform improvement

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce security model

• Experience building and consuming REST / SOAP integrations

• Understanding of asynchronous and event-driven patterns

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I

• English level: B1+ (Intermediate) or higher
