Summary:

Ideally need people who have done:

1. Salesforce implementation exp.

2. API, Configurations

3. Define Workflows on Force.com

4. Architect to Process Level

5. Product Configurations and Understanding of Business Aspect

6. Augment their existing team on Technical Side

7. Telecom or Utilities background

8. Ramp-up team very quickly

9. Need to hire experienced people

10. Any exp. migrating from Dynamics CRM & Great Plains to Salesforce.com

11. Have to be Salesforce Experts – Certified preferred
