Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Refrigeration Copper Installers to join our Central Arkansas installation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VRF system installations and ZoomLock-style press fittings.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience, specifically VRF system installation

Familiarity with Daikin, Samsung, LG, and Mitsubishi systems

EPA Universal License (required)

Driver's license with a clean/insurable MVR

Ability to relocate to Bryant, AR, before starting work

Schedule

4x10 or 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)

Occasional weekend work as needed
