What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for Senior/Lead Recruiter to join our Recruitment team in our Bellevue office.

What will I be doing?

• Consult, design, develop, deploy, and facilitate a suite of talent acquisition strategies in line with business goals and objectives.

• Plan, execute and measure multi-channel complex sourcing efforts.

• Be a hands-on Recruiter and manage end to end recruitment.

• Have an in-depth understanding of the context of the positions recruiting for.

• Effective networking through referral / reference contacts, internal employees, conducting
industry research.

• Work with hiring managers on complex, strategic offers.

• Consistently improve bench marking policies/practices.

• Maintain reports and metrics on all steps in hiring process.

• Work towards consistently raising the hiring bar.

• Relentless candidate focus and must be a candidate advocate.

• Ensure great candidate experience and smooth process internally.

• Execute vision and goals for the team or department.

What skills do I need?

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Recruitment (GTM/ Professional Services/G&A/Leadership).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Hands on Recruiting experience, experience managing a small team, building and delivering
applicant pipelines and planning/executing strategy, influencing leaders and partners.

• Significant thought and creativity required to source and interview positions which are
critical.

• Ability to influence complex decisions, ability to influence team, department and cross
company.

• Deep and broad understanding of the business.

• Ability to focus discussion on issues impacting the candidate.

• Highly evolved communication, consultative and negotiating skills.

• Leadership/Interpersonal Skills/ People Management

Zenoti Pay Range
$90,000—$140,000 USD
