Job Description
As a Lead Quality Specialist, you'll play a key role in executing strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality systems, and driving a culture of quality. Your expertise will contribute to identifying and implementing focused product/process improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Reliability Engineering, and Services. Your role involves communication with the business unit, direct team, supervisor, and customers.
What do we want to know about you?
• Bachelor's degree in technical field (mechanical/electrical engineering)
• 2+ years electrical and/or Continuous Maintenance Support experience
• proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ISO/AAR and ENR local regulatory standards, quality procedures, and audit techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a customer-focused mindset are essential
• Proficiency in English
• Legal authorization in Kazakhstan is required
What will your typical day look like?
• utilizing Business Process Management Systems
• implementing overall process mapping for quality improvement
• standardizing processes, tools, and performance management systems
• resolving problems with acquired expertise
• communicating with the direct team, supervisor, and customers
• ensuring the plant's production processes align with relevant specifications identifying process risks, executing process audits
• leading responsiveness on customer quality issues.
 
Successful candidates will be employed under local employment conditions and must already satisfy local employment/work permit and residency regulations.
