Job requirements:
• Experience Range: 4 - 6 years of experience in quality engineering, with substantial hands-on expertise in performance and Auomationg testing across enterprise SAP applications Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for UI, API, and back-end systems within SAP environments 2. Implement advanced performance and load testing strategies for critical enterprise applications to ensure optimal scalability and reliability 3. Collaborate closely with product, security, infrastructure, and development teams to define test scope, entry and exit criteria, and drive end-to-end quality initiatives 4. Integrate comprehensive test coverage into CI/CD pipelines for automated validation and continuous delivery across platforms 5. Enforce data privacy compliance by validating proper data masking in lower environments and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards 6. Support test planning, traceability, and reporting for SAP application changes, providing clear visibility into QA readiness through dashboards and metrics 7. Build and maintain AI-assisted automated test cases, leveraging intelligent test case creation and optimization within Jira 8. Contribute to QA governance by developing documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive process improvements and transparency Required Skills: 1. Selenium for automated UI testing 2. Silk Test for functional and regression testing 3. Postman for API testing and validation 4. JMeter for performance and load testing 5. BlazeMeter for cloud-based performance testing 6. GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline integration 7. Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment 8. GitLab for version control and CI/CD management 9. Jira for test management and intelligent test case creation 10. SharePoint and Confluence for documentation and collaboration 11. SAP ECC and S/4HANA environment expertise 12. Azure Databricks and Azure Functions knowledge 13. Strong proficiency in SQL and test data management 14. Network and infrastructure layer testing Preferred Skills: 1. Advanced experience with HP Load Runner for performance testing 2. Expertise in app monitoring tools and performance reporting 3. Development of Power BI dashboards for QA metrics visualization 4. AI-driven test case optimization and automation 5. Experience with SAP-specific performance tuning and troubleshooting Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field 2. Relevant certification in software testing or quality assurance (such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent)
