Descripción del rol: Buscamos un Administrative Research & Lead Qualification Specialist para apoyar al equipo de ventas en investigación de datos, calificación de leads, gestión de CRM y tareas administrativas. Este rol requiere organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y orientado a objetivos.
Responsabilidades:
• Investigar prospectos y validar datos en web y recursos internos.
• Actualizar y gestionar información en CRM (Salesforce u otros).
• Calificar leads y recopilar información clave de prospectos.
• Mantener registros precisos y manejar múltiples interacciones.
• Apoyar al equipo de ventas con reportes, métricas y coordinación administrativa.
• Analizar tendencias y proponer mejoras en procesos de generación de leads.
Requisitos:
• Experiencia en tareas administrativas (obligatorio).
• 1 año de experiencia en mercados B2B o similares (preferible).
• Manejo de CRM y experiencia en investigación online.
• Inglés básico/intermedio para comunicación escrita (deseable).
• Habilidades de organización, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
• Perfil proactivo, confiable y adaptable.
